USA DELIVERY

We strive to offer you a seamless and excellent shopping experience.
Please take note of the following details regarding our delivery and order policies.

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all domestic orders.

Order Cancellation:
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Shipping Schedule:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from our New York warehouse, except for holidays.
Orders eligible for overnight delivery must be placed before 11 a.m. EST to meet the demand. Orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will ship the next business day. The choice of carrier is made at the discretion of Paradis Winslet.

Unexpected Delays:
Unforeseen and uncontrollable delays, such as those caused by weather or holidays, etc.., will not result in a refund of the express shipping cost.

Order Availability and Volume:
Delivery is contingent on item availability and order volume. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched upon arrival. Please refer to the product page for the intended ship date.

Signature Requirement:
All packages require an adult signature upon delivery. And we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We do not offer free shipping, returns or exchanges on international orders (we do not accept returns from outside the USA). Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
We are now shipping to some countries using our international shipping partner, globally. For those countries, all duties, taxes, and shipping fees will be included at the time of check-out and no other payment will be required upon receipt of goods at the final destination. The orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes billed by the destination country's customs department.
PWNY is not responsible, has no control over additional charges or delays, and cannot predict what said fees may be upon arrival.
All extra fees are determined by each country's tax authorities and not PWNY.
All PWNY packages require an adult signature upon delivery, and we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please be sure to ship your order to a secure location.
We ship all orders Monday - Friday, usually within one business day of purchase from our NY warehouse (excluding holidays.)
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
Orders will be sent out for delivery pending item availability and order volume.
Pre-ordered items will be sent once they arrive, please visit the item’s product page for the intended delivery date.
Please note that if a customer wishes to cancel an order after transacting, PWNY will not guarantee the cancellation request. However, we will do our best to provide the finest customer experience to the best of our ability.
