International sales:
International sales are considered final.
We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for orders outside of the USA.

Paradis Winslet products must be returned in a new and unused, undamaged state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, as well as with the original Paradis Winslet box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents.
Paradis Winslet will not accept returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Please thoroughly seal your return and ship the product back with your order invoice.
Send your return in its original shipping box. If this is unavailable, ensure the return box is well-padded to prevent damage during transit.
Please request a drop-off receipt from FedEx as this is your confirmation you shipped the product.
The drop-off receipt will ensure your refund in case the item is lost in transit back to PWNY.
If your return does not arrive within 7 days of the delivery date, the return will not be accepted and there will not be a refund.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Express shipping fees on returned orders:
Although we offer free delivery on all domestic orders, shipping fees will be deducted on returned orders.
